Hmmm...

Okay, so I have had the worlds worst writers block this week....

But here it goes....

Reading is still going swimmingly. Last week we started our first two group reading sessions and I believe they went very well. Our first lesson we had around 40 people show up. We covered lesson one in the Luke workbook and then played hangman (using the seedthought as the phrase).

Today we went to the Grand Palace and looked around. I had been there before so it wasn't that great to me, but I think the rest of the group enjoyed it. We then went to Pantip Plaza (imagine Best Buy on steroids or Comp USA on speed). I bought an underwater camera case there, so next week when we go to the Phi Phi islands, I can take pictures while we scuba dive! I also bought a map program for our Pocket PC, so we can finally tell the cab drivers where we want to go without a translator!

Oh yeah, and we also bought a mosquito zapper, and we love it.

Please continue to pray for our readers and us. We love you all and miss you.

Carrie and I were told that we had to wear skirts, but we didn't realize taht Wow and Bom were wearing jeans when we left the house. It was to hot to think that day....
That picture reminds me of ours, where David is looking the other way!!

Hey, Jarred,

Love your pics. The architecture is beautiful. Some of it reminds me of when I was in the army in South Korea for a year back in 1972. We at the Ninnekah Church of Christ are always thinking of your and praying for you. Hope your work their brings a blessing to you and those you are studying with. God bless. Dale Baker
